Michael is well known for his scientific approach to Jiu-JItsu and he has a new BJJ book out called The Science of Submission: A Principle-Based Approach to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Michael Jen bjj

He said of course, sold me one, and told me be very careful, it can cut a car. As soon as I got home I took the sword out and hit a tree, the sword broke. I got super upset, went back to the store and said man, you sold me a faulty sword, it couldn’t even cut a plant.
